This was the cute basket that surprised us tonight and caused a whole lot of happy commotion at dinnertime! We were just about ready to sit down and eat when the doorbell rang. I figured it was a neighbor and answered it to find our adoption caseworker standing there with this basket in hand and a big smile on her face! I rushed right out to the backyard where Darrel was grilling to share the exciting news and the tears started flowing. We've done this four times now, and it never gets less exciting or emotional. We are so honored to be chosen by a sweet birth mother to adopt her baby boy, due September 30th!! We couldn't be happier! We love you, Michelle!
