That's right, after two days of laying around the house, pale and miserable, Grace is back on her feet again and off to 2nd Grade! If there is anything Grace hates, it's being late or left behind, so starting school two days after everyone else had was a form of torture for her. So she was very excited and nervous (but mostly excited) to be back with all her friends and meet her new (very nice) teacher. And I can't say that having only one very pleasant child at home for the bulk of the day (only for the the next few weeks, anyway!) will be all that bad.

First Day of School--Finally!
That's right, after two days of laying around the house, pale and miserable, Grace is back on her feet again and off to 2nd Grade! If there is anything Grace hates, it's being late or left behind, so starting school two days after everyone else had was a form of torture for her. So she was very excited and nervous (but mostly excited) to be back with all her friends and meet her new (very nice) teacher.
